Epilepsia partialis continua (EPC) first described by Kojewnikow is rare form of focal epilepsy characterised by partial somato-motor status epilepticus due to various lesions of the motor cortex. In this study, we reviewed the 4 cases on their
clinical
features, imaging studies, electroencephalographic findings and their treatments.
